1975 – 144 Main St. West, Downtown North Bay. Handmade Leather Goods and Jewellery (1)

A workshop of sorts so we could make enough stock to also do craft shows all over Ontario: Ottawa, Barrie, London, Bracebridge, Owen Sound, Elliot Lake to name a few. (2,3)

1976 – Moved to the newly built North Bay Mall. Continued with handmade leather goods and out of town craft shows. (4)

1978 – Secured Tandy Leather dealership and relocated to the Sibbitt Center once again on North Bay’s Main Street. Continued with Custom leather and craft shows as well as some assorted gifts and jewellery . (5)
1981 – Moved to the centre of the Main Street at 151 Main West. Started to wind down the handmade leather goods, expanding into manufactured purses and wallets. (6,7)

Our first serious foray into Sterling Silver Jewellery and Silk Scarves. The sterling silver became more and more popular. We branched out into watches and giftware.
1989 – We purchased the old Harris Drug Store Building at 158 Main Street West - the Sunny Side of the Street. (8)

Built a new facade, painting the store front and building what would become our signature black with a silver cut out Logo Sign. (9)
With so much more space we put our exception buying skills to work creating a space of uniqueness. Our window displays becoming well known.
2004 – We undertook a renovation eventually exposing the original tin ceiling from the late 1800’s. (10,11,12,13)
Ever growing changing striving for perfection in 2011 we once again undertook a renovation, this time becoming Northern Ontario’s first Pandora Shop in Shop. We allotted 200 Square feet of our store to carry the complete Pandora Line, utilizing their fixtures, giving the store an incredible “big city” look. (14)
